In preparation for our client meeting next week, I’d like you to do some research. For your blog post, conduct some formative research examining how other publications (i.e. consumer magazines) are using social media. Think (and write) about which platforms they’re using and how successful they are in each. What are they posting about? Which kinds of comments seem to generate the most dialogue? Do you see differences across publications? What works what doesn’t? Let’s start to apply practices we’ve been reading about and talking about, beginning with listening.
